add flex ant build.xml wizard with useful defaults

since the new flex sdk integration finally works when forked we should add a simple wizard for ant build files to show how the integration can be used.

this should be a very basic template that gives an idea how to ant to compile swcs, swfs, generate asdoc and reuse compiler configurations.

we could later refine the wizard to adapt to a specific project context

configures axdt project properties as ant variables
loads framework config and applies project config.

goes hand in hand with flex config file wizard.
