error on new class when templates are disabled

Window > Preferences > ActionScript2 > Editor > Code Templates
More importantly, we seem to have both “Code Templates” and “Templates. " If I uncheck the 2 entries on the Templates screen, and then use New > ActionScript class, I get 2 errors:
Could not resolve templates (class_comment) Could not resolve templates (file_header) This also happens if I remove the templates.
