I just started with ASDT (again), and I saw that some of the options are not quite good for beginners. In fact, I would recommend the following options as standard for a newly installed ASDT:

• Logging: none (the 'LuminicBox' and 'Console' have problems with the strict mode of MTASC)
• MTASC compiler as default
• MTASC: strict (in AS3 all types are required, so this is a good decision for flash programmers who want their code to work in the future)
• MTASC: warnings for unused imports

I would recommend them as default options.

The AS files of LuminicBox and Console are not Strict-safe. I think this is not a problem of ASDT, is it? Maybe there are newer versions of LuminicBox and Console available which are Strict-safe?

make socket logger default logger in console logger logging api.

* i could not find strict mode problems in the console logger api. and i added some missing types to the luminic logger code in asdt repository. * on the svn version mtasc is default * i think strict mode should not be default * -wimp option is a good default i changed that i also added full parse on reconcile as default since if not set warnings will disappear.
