the rest. multi part commit done. summary:

• lots of preference stubs
  
• moved compiler extension point to axdt common project
  
• renamed the whole launcher plugin to debug (i hope the name will implement itself in future ;) )
  
• add neat preference framework, see #77
  
• fixed some minor errors
